Notice Dated 14 May 2025 Of Voluntary Surrender Of Cypriot Investment Firm Licence

1. Brightpool Limited ("Brightpool") has decided to wind down its trading operations and voluntarily renounce its licence as a Cypriot investment firm. The overall process, including the surrender of the investment licence, is expected to take approximately 6 months, during which time Brightpool will remain under Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission ("CySEC") supervision until the licence is formally revoked. The CySEC has been notified of Brightpool’s intentions.
2. Wind-down timeline: (i) From 19 May 2025, no new products will be traded through Brightpool. (ii) Between 19 May 2025 and 13 June 2025, Brightpool will facilitate only the buy-back of outstanding securities to conclude existing transactions.
3. The sole broker that executes trades for its clients through Brightpool (the “Broker”) has been notified of Brightpool’s decision and of the wind-down timeline. Trading instructions may be provided by the Broker to Brightpool until the 13 June 2025. If any securities are still outstanding after that time, Brightpool will act on the Broker’s instructions to settle those securities at the prevailing market price. All settlements and payments will be processed through existing channels.

5. If you have any outstanding securities, you may contact your Broker relationship manager or client service team or use the usual channels to provide your trading instructions to the Broker.
